How to develop appropriate assumptions, prepare, sensitize and analyze proforma statement and cash-flow forecast to identify a borrower's repayment capability.
How to identify a bank's customer financing requirement, its strengths and weakness and ways to mitigate any identified risks using various terms and conditions of the bank's credit facility.
