This is an intensive five days credit training program where participants will be introduced to the various techniques to conduct financial analysis from a bank’s point of view, to identify any possible risks when providing credit facilities to its customers. Program's participants will be given the chance to use computer to practice what they learn during class discussion in various case studies. Listed below are the major topics that will be covered in this five days program:

• How to perform meaningful analysis on a borrower’s financial reports, consisting of income statement, balance sheet, funds flows statement and financial ratios.

• How to develop appropriate assumptions, prepare, sensitize and analyze proforma statement and cash-flow forecast to identify a borrower's repayment capability.

• How to identify a bank's customer financing requirement, its strengths and weakness and ways to mitigate any identified risks using various terms and conditions of the bank's credit facility.
